SHOP SHIPPING POLICY

In stock items will ship within 3 business days, and may take an additional 7 - 12 days to arrive depending on location. If you require your products by a specific date, please let us know and we’ll work with you to accommodate your timeline if possible.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. 

 

Sweet Paper Studios is not responsible for delayed shipping caused by Canada Post or other carriers.

Custom order delivery will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on quantity ordered. Wait times vary for large custom orders.  Delivery will be agreed upon at time of order.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

SHOP RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our handmade cards, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have any problems with your order, please contact us.

Cancellations accepted only within 24 hours of order placement.

​

For gifts and other physical items, I will gladly accept returns if they are shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

​

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders of any kind

  • Digital products of any kind (including files sent via email)


Conditions of Return:

​

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
