CLASS AND EVENT POLICY
All classes scheduled for Sweet Paper Studios requires pre-payment in order to hold your spot. There are no refunds on classes or events. If you need to cancel or can no longer attend your scheduled class, your cards will be made for you and will be available for pick-up at agreed upon time in Hamilton, ON.

For events like Stampin' Bingo and other non-card making events, no refunds are available as event supplies are ordered prior to event date. You will remain eligible to receive any welcome gifts, etc., but you forfeit the cost of the event if you need to cancel and a replacement cannot be found.

By registering with payment to classes and event held by Sweet Paper Studios, you agree to this policy.
REFERRAL POLICY
Stamping is better with a friend! When you bring a friend that I haven't met before to one of my classes or events, you will both receive a free gift from me. Sweet Paper Studios reserves the right to determine the value and quantity of the gift given and reserves the right to change or revoke this policy at anytime.

It is the Buyer's responsibility to read and check the listing fully and provide all necessary information requested to carry out your customization.
If you need your order within a short space of time, please make sure to check your proof files once received as soon as possible. If we haven't heard from you with 48hrs, we may dispatch your item.
